Children & Teens Counselling
Children and teens counselling provides a safe and nurturing environment for young persons to express and discover themselves, address emotional struggles, and develop coping and socio-emotional skills. It aims to support healthy emotional development, enhance communication, and empower them to navigate challenges effectively, fostering resilience and socio-emotional well-being. Counsellors will also collaborate in a holistic manner with the caregivers of these young people in order to achieve counselling outcomes that best serve their wellbeing.

Couples Counselling
Couples counselling offers a confidential space for partners to address relationship issues, improve communication, and deepen mutual understanding. Under the skillful facilitation of a trained couples counsellor/therapist, couples work collaboratively to resolve conflicts, rebuild trust, and strengthen their bond, fostering healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
